Delete- 'me gusta' + singular nouns, eg. chocolate, francés; but, 'me gustan' + plural nouns, eg. caramelos, ciencias.
- you need to include the definite article (el / la / los / las) before each noun that is/are liked.
- when expressing and justifying opinions, use 'porque es... = because it is', or, 'porque son...' = because they are.
- adjectives need to 'agree', that is, reflect the gender, singularity or plurality of the noun that is being described.

ReplyDeleteHannah, you need to refer to prior learning. The last piece of work you did was entitled, 'Las asignaturas', therefore, your third word is confusing. Stick with the structures you have been taught in class: 'Los lunes estudio...'. Some of your work looks as if you have written int in English and put it through an online translator. Is this so?

ReplyDeleteYou have written a good, extended sentence, Mahfuja, with justification. Remember that 'Science' is a plural noun in Spanish. Also, watch accents and punctuation.

DeleteMahfuja, though adding an -'s' to 'ciencia' is correct, the fact that it is plural means that you also have to change 'gusta' and the definite article. Also, look again at the accent on the Spanish word for 'German'. This is a good attempt at improving your first post, though.

ReplyDeleteMohammed, this is a very inventive way of expressing and justifying a number of opinions. I like your use of, 'también', as well as the number of adjectives you have used in your reasoning. You need to check the following, however:
Delete- spelling, including accents
- adjectival agreement
- singular/plural nouns
- use of the definite article when saying what you like and dislike.

An improved submission, Oli. You still need to look closely at 'gusta' / 'gustan', though. Check spelling of 'Spanish' in Spanish. I would use the Spanish for 'difficult' rather than, 'áspero' (= rough); you can use a dictionary for this. Finally, there is an omission (missing word) in the sentence in which you say why you dislike German. Good work, nevertheless.
